Monterey is most certainly a stunning short bloused silk kaftan. Styled on our silk kaftan Manhattan, we created this silk kaftan using a traditional hand tie dye technique, with a colour palette inspired by natural crystal colours precious stone colours. The result is a unique fabric. Bloused and drop waisted its such a flattering silk kaftan shape. Our Paloma cotton beach dresses is the first beach dress Lindsey created and the shape has been in out collection ever since. Many of our beach dress are based on this cotton dress shape. We named are Santorini summer silk maxi dress after our photoshoot on the beautiful Island of Santorini. Over nine metres of white silk are sewn to create this tiered dress and the white dress is dip dyed as a whole dress to merge the colours creating an ombre hemline. Once dry the dress is hand tie dyed, with contrasting colours. Each season Lindsey creates a new colourway of the silk maxi dresses in vibrant shades to wear every holiday.
