Fabrics are available per full metre, if there is any deviation to this it will be noted in the description. i.e. some items are sold per 0.50mt say when we think they are suitable for children's items.
Haberdashery items are per single item unless again denoted, i.e. ribbons maybe promoted per 20mt spool etc.
We strive to ensure we cut and despatch you order immediately the same day, to reach you in the shortest time period possible.
We are of the opinion not to hide extra costs (or offer false discounts to some) in our pricing policy and therefore try to offer you the best price possible on any fabrics with any extra costs such as postage to be as transparent as possible.
Promotions or coupon discounts are intended for fabric or haberdashery purchase, they exclude Sale items, Dress forms, Sewing machines, bulk discounts and the likes.
We check all our fabrics, when they come to us from the mills, this is costly and time consuming but well worth the superior service we offer to you.
Please check your purchases on receipt, BEFORE cutting, to check for dye-lot changes, quality, etc
Always square the fabric (especially cottons) and ensure the pattern is matching before you cut.
Returns:
Although rare, unfortunately mistakes do happen from time to time, if there is an issue, please email customer services or phone directly, were we will rectify any problems as quickly as we can, it would help if you have the relevant documents to hand when dealing with any issue.
Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the goods in question.
Replacement refund is at our discretion. Fabric items are considered individually cut for you, unless they are part of a pack or end of line item.
Haberdashery items may be returned within 14 days, please ensure these are returned in the original packaging unopened.
Your statutory rights are unaffected, we adhere to the distance selling act .
