Always square the fabric (especially cottons) and ensure the pattern is matching before you cut.
Unfortunately mistakes do happen from time to time and if there is an issue, please email customer services or phone directly, were we will rectify any problems as quickly as we can, it would help if you have the relevant documents to hand when dealing with any issue.
Our liability is limited to the actual amount paid for the goods in question.
Replacement refund is at our discretion.
Haberdashery items may be returned within 14 days, please ensure these are returned in the original packaging unopened.
